My Dear Sir, All naive and unversed I wandered like a cloud, with some faint notions in scratch, the whole new horizons, to explore I had. Drifting with the winds and tumbling amidst the hearsays I knew the destination to reach but not the leading ways. The sun shone upon me when I met ‘Thee’ You lead me along your simple contrivance and helped me to discover ‘me’. From you I learned how to explore, what to think and every moment how to grow a little more. You motivated me in my innermost resources and inspired me to make my existence ‘a life to live for’. Your confidence in me polished the raw self of me to not only achieve what I wanted but to shine along all that I had dreamed for. Today when I trace back the times I find a new ‘me’ But Alas! I fail to find thy eyes to appreciate and thy hands to bless. Many a writers would write about you but I, an ordinary student, after a long stitching and un-stitching, still feels short of words to pen down a person as You and... the loss of You...Dear sir, -Jaspreet with Jasmeet Kaur (In Memory of Prof. B.D.Acharya) (Submitted by Prof. Deepa Sinha) -Jaspreet and Jasmeet Kaur Submitted on: Sun Jul 28 2013 03:26:07 GMT-0700 (PDT) Category: Original Language: English Copyright: Reserved Submit your own work at http://www.abillionstories.com Read submissions at http://abilionstories.wordpress.com Submit a poem, quote, proverb, story, mantra, folklore in your own language at http://www.abillionstories.com/submit |
